Zeta Broadband supports a variety of email protocols. The most commonly used are our web based (http) mail system, and Post Office Protocol (POP3).
POP3 is dependent upon an email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird. An Email client is software that can be installed on your computer to send and receive email.
For Advanced users our email servers are:
Incoming (POP3) Mail Server: mail.[domain].com
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: mail.[domain].com
Substitute [domain] with the domain of your email address (ex: user@domain.com, the domain is everything after the '@' symbol in your email address, and before the '.com';)
For detailed instructions on setting up your email client please choose from one of the following supported clients.
PC: Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird
Mac: Mail, Entourage
